心情篇 - 27.12.2010 - 第一次的刮痧...
很久前就说要去看中医，调理调理自己的身子....
今天随着WaiWai来到这个中医，来了人生的第一次刮痧....
感觉- 痛痛痛....
但是如果这样真的是好的话，海洋天使不介意....
给医师刮痧和拉拉筋后，脚的旧患好像比较松，比较没有那么痛了....
但是颈项和背后痛到不可以....
他说，痛就代表里边有问题....
嗯....
然后他说，我的里边很多淤血，他给了一些药丸，解淤血的 （RM70）....
其实我觉得刮痧对那个医师来说很用力很辛苦，RM30给这个真的一点都不贵....
现在海洋天使就像被人家虐待了一样，红红一块块....

Hmmm... after 3 months time, this is the no. 702 post of my blog....
Total number of post hits 700 @ 25.12.2010 while 600 @ 23.09.2010, taking exactly 3 months....
It is still having steady kind of "performance"....
Sometimes, Ocean Genie actually has a lot of things to share, to write, but, just cannot find enough time to do so....

心情篇 - 22.12.2010 - 林家汤圆，好吃~~
一年一度的冬至节又来到....
像往年一样，妈咪会自己搓汤圆，海洋天使就会帮忙弄圆圆....
妈咪的手手在搓汤圆....
今年妈咪弄了四种颜色的汤圆 - 白，青，红和橙....
从搓出来的面粉团中，弄一粒一粒小小粒出来，然后海洋天使会弄圆圆的....
妈咪皱皱，厚厚的手....
弄圆圆了~~~
弄好的汤圆....
没有很特别的庆祝，只是一家人坐下吃顿晚餐，这已经很温馨了....
