I think this has been the common issue that the employers are having now, here and there...
I salute those freshies who dare to request for RM3k for the starting salary...
Please ask yourself, what can you contribute to the company since you are so fresh when you first join the company... god bless you!

Hmmm... after about 6 months time, this is the no. 800 post of my blog....
Total number of post hits 800 @ 05.06.2011 while 702 @ 25.12.2010, taking around 6 months....
Hehehehe... It seems to be taking too long for that, but I have no choice, because I am always tied up with work recently....
Just a little remark on this as usual....
