心情篇 - Homemade Sharkfin Soup without Sharkfin...


Ingredients: Chicken Broth/Soup (best if you can get kampung chicken), Shitake, ginkgo nut, enoki, black fungus, fish maw, bamboo pith, shredded chicken (just get from the chicken you used to boiled the soup), abalone (optional, I was clearing the almost expired can abalone ^^), cooked crab meat, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, corn starch/flour, salt, vinegar, shaoxin wine or cognac
  1. Heat the soup, add oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
  2. Add others ingredients, sequence based on those which needs longer cooking time. gingko, Enoki, black fungus, bamboo pith, shitake, fish maw, give a stir...
  3. Add crab meat and shredded chicken when the soup is boiled again, prepare corn flour mix w water, add in the soup to make it thicker. 
  4. Let it simmer a while and add vinegar, wine when served.

It is really yummilicious!!! "Lam Lam Mei"!!!!

Someone please cook for me again and again and again... muahahahaha...
I will feel very hang fook with this!!!! 8D...
