I come across to Jobstreet's newsletter in my email account, having this subject title that caught my attention: "Fresh graduates salary demands deter hiring & more in March 2012 Community Digest"...
I think this has been the common issue that the employers are having now, here and there...
I salute those freshies who dare to request for RM3k for the starting salary...
