Feel really upset with Airasia~~~~~

Yesterday (21/01/2009), when I was about to write the piece of article saying hei, how excited of me that I have just booked Bali package from Airasia Goholiday for myself and my parents to travel at end of February on 20/01/2009 night, I got a shock, because my cousin called me and told me that when she wanted to book for the same package as us, the price of the same package is now lesser 250 and only RM490 for the same package that I booked for RM734 yesterday.....

What the hack~~~~!!!!!!!

Isnt it stated that the promotion starts on 19/01/2009??!!!
I went to purchase the package because I got attracted on the promotion starts on 19/01/2009, and I purchased on 20/01/2009, and you are telling me that on the 21/02/2009, one day after I purchased (supposed to be first come got the cheapest, isnt it???), the package get even lesser 50% from what i had paid???

Is this how Airasia gonna do for their promotion???
I always thought that (or experience) the price always increase from time to time that we book earlier will always get the cheaper price for the promotion period.

I am really really mad and disspointed on this matter. This make me felt that I got cheated by Airasia which I think I book earlier will get great deal, but I totally lost confident on this anymore... should I trust on them anymore???

I called and spoke to their "go holiday" department and they said there's nothing they could do about this. And then I was then asked to refer to "enquiry and reservation" department....
They told me that they can't access to go holiday code so they cannot see the whole package and this is beyond their control.

Later, I made a call again and i talk to their customer service this time.
Reply from her is that maybe no demand, price cheap, got demand price get higher and the price at airasia is always changing.
But I thought we are encouraged to book asap as the early we book, we get the best deal??!!!!

I was then again felt that it's not a good explanation. I made a call again and i requested to talk to someone that could solve this problem for me.
She requested me to send in complaint email with attached of current price at the internet as a proof regarding current price now and your team will give me an answer.

So, I have spent more than an hour on calling talking to the go holiday staff but all i get is 0..... -_-!!!
I didn't get a very firm and satisfied answer, and all of them were really dissapointing me....... no one could actually help to solve the problem....
Is that how a loyal customer like me whom whole family travelling by airasia at least twice a month be treaten?
I felt this is totally unfair and unreasonable as the promotion starts on 19/01/2009 and I booked on the 20/01/2009, it shouldnt be the price on the 21/01/2009 be cheaper than 20/01/2009. Is this how the promotion should be??
And if its bcoz of the petrol price, I am willing to take it, but i have given a check to the international fuel price.
No... nothing change...

I am really really really really really upset!!!!!
and I honestly think that I deserve the cheaper price.
I feel like I am being cheated!!!!!!!!!
I thought early birds always deserve a better deal!!!!!!!
I thought we as users are booking faster to get a better price, but such a dissapointment, for about 50% lesser price a day later?
Man... this is really kidding me~~~~

What the bad experience I had for this round of purchasing....
I was thinking to happily bring my family again for go holiday tour... but how come????
Am i the unlucky one??? or that is really something wrong on the price showing for their system????
I just felt really really bad and upset....
