Lots of couples choose to get married or sign that piece of paper on this special day, all because of the word of 9 (which has the represented meaning of forever in chinese)....
Some couples, I guess, will celebrate this special date as well because it is really quite meaningful date...

hmmm... Ocean Genie is the same, nothing to celebrate about... breakfast, work, lunch, dinner... then celebrate the coming of next day... 8>...
